Grand Kavi Hotel

Bedroom was very clean and organised upon arrival alongside the services provided such as the breakfast alongside the daily cleaning of our room. Moreover, the overall quality and design of the hotel is fabulous and the staff such as Sezgin Semih ,Ismail had provided us with a warm welcome and we could not ask for anyone better than them. Additionally, the location makes it very optimal to visit many landmarks in Istanbul such as the Blue mosque or Aya Sofya which are less than 15 minutes away by train. Overall, this hotel is one that I would greatly recommend for anyone who would want a true and superb experience here in Istanbul.

I had a wonderful stay at this recently renovated hotel in Istanbul! The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, which made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The WiFi was fast and reliable, perfect for planning my daily adventures. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to major attractions like the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. You can’t get more central than this! The breakfast was simple but perfectly fine to start the day. Overall, a great value for the location, service, and updated facilities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

The hospitality, care and the welcome received at the Grand Kavi was outstanding. My room was comfortable and well presented. The free daily breakfast included was delicious and the lady hostess at breakfast was very pleasant. I must commend the reception staff Aziz and especially Ismail, who ensured that my stay was memorable by serving me complimentary Turkish tea. The staff are an encyclopaedia of local knowledge and made me feel at home. Location wise it’s a very short walk from bazaars, restaurants and the Sophia, Blue Mosque, museum and tram station. Overall this hotel is a ‘little treasure trove’ and staff give a 5* service to all that stay here. My commendations once again to the wonderful reception staff who made my stay in Turkey a memorable one.

Checkin was straight forward and easy and the staff were all very friendly and helpful,was my Second stay at the hotel and I think it's great value for money and room was very clean and tidy they can also arrange for a taxi to collect you and take you back to the airport all in all a very nice hotel to stay in from another satisfied customer!😃

The hotel is centrally located. Not too far to travel to see the sites. It was full of Turkish touches and you could see it had been refurbished - windows, inside doors, shower room. Aircon was fab and we desperately needed it when we stayed. Our room was on the small side but we did have a view of the sea and part of the city. Breakfast was ample with various choices. Staff were helpful and friendly.
