The hospitality, care and the welcome received at the Grand Kavi was outstanding. My room was comfortable and well presented. The free daily breakfast included was delicious and the lady hostess at breakfast was very pleasant. I must commend the reception staff Aziz and especially Ismail, who ensured that my stay was memorable by serving me complimentary Turkish tea. The staff are an encyclopaedia of local knowledge and made me feel at home. Location wise it’s a very short walk from bazaars, restaurants and the Sophia, Blue Mosque, museum and tram station. Overall this hotel is a ‘little treasure trove’ and staff give a 5* service to all that stay here. My commendations once again to the wonderful reception staff who made my stay in Turkey a memorable one.

I had a wonderful stay at this recently renovated hotel in Istanbul! The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, which made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The WiFi was fast and reliable, perfect for planning my daily adventures. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to major attractions like the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. You can’t get more central than this! The breakfast was simple but perfectly fine to start the day. Overall, a great value for the location, service, and updated facilities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

The location was fantastic as it was close to many eating outlets, tram stop and walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The Grand Bazaar was also a short distance away. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Checkin was straight forward and easy and the staff were all very friendly and helpful,was my Second stay at the hotel and I think it's great value for money and room was very clean and tidy they can also arrange for a taxi to collect you and take you back to the airport all in all a very nice hotel to stay in from another satisfied customer!😃

The location of the hotel is perfect, just 2 min walk to a popular restaurant area and 5 min walk to the Grand Bazaar. The tram 1 also passes very close to the hotel, so it is very well connected to the rest of the city. The room was very big and it was exceptionally clean, just like the rest of the hotel! The breakfast was also very good. The staff working in the hotel made us feel like at home, they are so kind and helpful and really made our stay comfortable, especially Ismail who I can't thank enough for his hospitality and kindness! I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and I am sure that I will come back here the next time I'm in Istanbul.

The hotel is centrally located. Not too far to travel to see the sites. It was full of Turkish touches and you could see it had been refurbished - windows, inside doors, shower room. Aircon was fab and we desperately needed it when we stayed. Our room was on the small side but we did have a view of the sea and part of the city. Breakfast was ample with various choices. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Everything. Great location, almost flat walk to supermarket, restaurants, trams, grand bazaar. Amazingly quiet despite its location. Quiet air conditioner. Hot water. Shower didn’t leak. Fluffy towels. Comfortable beds. Daily water and serviced rooms. One of the best hotels we stayed in on our 3 month holiday

The location is close to all major attractions. On foot approx. 15 min walk - Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi... The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location, where you can sleep well at night on a comfortable bed. If you want a trip to the beautiful princess islands, ask about the local ferry from Kabatas port... the price of the local ferry there and back is less than the price of a coffee in Istanbul 😁😁😁

Close to restaurants and Grand Bazaar. 4min walk downhill from Beyazit tram stop. Breakfast was sufficient, typical Turkish. Nice view from room of yenikapi boats and harbour.
