The hospitality, care and the welcome received at the Grand Kavi was outstanding. My room was comfortable and well presented. The free daily breakfast included was delicious and the lady hostess at breakfast was very pleasant. I must commend the reception staff Aziz and especially Ismail, who ensured that my stay was memorable by serving me complimentary Turkish tea. The staff are an encyclopaedia of local knowledge and made me feel at home. Location wise it’s a very short walk from bazaars, restaurants and the Sophia, Blue Mosque, museum and tram station. Overall this hotel is a ‘little treasure trove’ and staff give a 5* service to all that stay here. My commendations once again to the wonderful reception staff who made my stay in Turkey a memorable one.

I had a wonderful stay at this recently renovated hotel in Istanbul! The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, which made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The WiFi was fast and reliable, perfect for planning my daily adventures. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to major attractions like the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. You can’t get more central than this! The breakfast was simple but perfectly fine to start the day. Overall, a great value for the location, service, and updated facilities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

The location of the hotel is perfect, just 2 min walk to a popular restaurant area and 5 min walk to the Grand Bazaar. The tram 1 also passes very close to the hotel, so it is very well connected to the rest of the city. The room was very big and it was exceptionally clean, just like the rest of the hotel! The breakfast was also very good. The staff working in the hotel made us feel like at home, they are so kind and helpful and really made our stay comfortable, especially Ismail who I can't thank enough for his hospitality and kindness! I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and I am sure that I will come back here the next time I'm in Istanbul.

Bedroom was very clean and organised upon arrival alongside the services provided such as the breakfast alongside the daily cleaning of our room. Moreover, the overall quality and design of the hotel is fabulous and the staff such as Sezgin Semih ,Ismail had provided us with a warm welcome and we could not ask for anyone better than them. Additionally, the location makes it very optimal to visit many landmarks in Istanbul such as the Blue mosque or Aya Sofya which are less than 15 minutes away by train. Overall, this hotel is one that I would greatly recommend for anyone who would want a true and superb experience here in Istanbul.

Excellent hotel! Really central- Five minutes walk to Sultanahmet and two to Cembertilas tram. Also five minutes from Vezneclier metro station for one stop ride to Istanbul Airport. The hotel is really comfortable and had all I needed-comfy bed and great bathroom, safe, drink making facilities and superfast wifi. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were great-led by brilliant Ismail! This hotel is a great deal and I thoroughly enjoyed saying here. Recommended without reservation.
